Healthy Recipes Fruit Salsa (raspberries, blueberries, melon, grapes)

One of the greatest benefits of living in the New York State is that everyone can get married, regardless gender! Have you heard Cynthia Nixon just got married with her long time girlfriend Christine Marinoni yesterday? I loved watching Sex and the City! Congrats to Cynthia and Christine. I actually did not know Cynthia is a lesbian. Another couple support for Obama for sure!

I bought a lot of fruit for the Memorial holiday weekend and it turns out I have quite a bit leftover. I decided to make some fruit salsa!

Benefits: Great way to eat fruits.
Tea Pairing: Green tea

Ingredients:
1 cup Green grapes
1 cup honeydew melon cubes
1 cup tomato cubes
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
quarter red onion
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 lime

1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper

Instructions:
1. Cut red onion in 1/2 inch cubes and cilantro in 1/2 inch long.
2. In a medium bowl, mix green grapes, tomato, melon, raspberries, blueberries, red onion, cilantro together. Squeeze the lime juice on top, add olive oil, salt & pepper and mix well.
